OUR FACILITY
Our retreat centre is located in Miracle Valley, about a 90-minute drive from Vancouver, Canada. The centre is surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the lower mainland of British Columbia and enveloped by majestic trees. It’s located on 160 prime acres, bordering multiple lakes and overlooking Stave Lake.
MEALS
The meals are nutritious, tasty, yogic vegetarian gourmet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included with your registration, along with healthy snacks during the day. 3HO Men’s Camp employs experienced chefs in the kitchen. The high vibration menu is nourishing and cleansing, and every effort is made to accommodate gluten and lactose sensitivity. All meals are served in the spacious dining hall.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Your registration includes shared accommodations in one of the four residential buildings. Mattresses are provided and, while you’re encouraged to bring your own bedding, there is some bedding available for men who are travelling from out of town. There are also some camping spots available if you’d like to bring your tent along.
ACTIVITIES
Throughout 3HO Men’s Camp you’ll have free time to enjoy the beautiful hiking trails. Other activities include a climbing wall, a zip-line, and horseback riding. Please note that there is an additional fee for some of the activities.
